Dublin City Council are proposing to regulate the Smithfield Horse Fair and have drafted Smithfield Horse Fair Bye-Laws. These bye-laws are currently out for public consultation.  DCC is seeking feedback from the general public to these proposed bye-laws and fees.  Submissions should be made in writing before 5.00 p.m. on Thursday 29th November 2012.
