2017 Week 10 Planning Applications

This week there were eleven commercial and one domestic planning applications in Dublin Central. Of note are the following.

Permission is sought for the demolition of a single storey building at 482A North Circular Road and the construction of a three-storey development consisting of 2 x two-bedroom and 1 x three-bedroom apartments, with rear access from FitzGibbon Lane.
Permission is sought for the demolition of all existing structures at Shelmailer Road/Church Road, with the construction of 23 apartments across two buildings ranging between 3 and 5 storeys.
Permission is sought to develop a 6 storey over-basement amenity space at 5/5A East Road.

All plans can be inspected online here or in person by appointment to the Planning Department, Dublin City Council, Civic Offices, Wood Quay, Dublin 8 where a staff member will be available for assistance and explanation.
