This week there were four commercial applications and three domestic applications in Dublin Central.  Some noteworthy applications include the following:

• Tedcastles Oil Products proposes the building of a 432 m₂ building at Promenade Road, Dublin port, housing office and other facilities.
• The HSE proposes the demolition of a current 2 storey building and the construction of a new 2 storey building at 26-29 Stanhope Street which will house a 10-bedroom mental health hostel.
