Strategic Housing Process
Mary has called on the Minister to write to An Bord Pleanala to ask them to stop pre planning negotiations on strategic housing developments and to stop applications. The SHD process has not delivered what it should to Housing supply, and is undemocratic. Watch Mary speak here ????
Planning & Development Bill
