8 & 10 Ferguson Road, Drumcondra

Dublin City Council recently served notice of its intention to compulsorily acquire the properties at 8 and 10 Ferguson road.   The owners have objected to the CPO so Dublin City Council now requires the consent of an Bord Plaenála to proceed with the acquisitions.   The applications for consent were lodged with An Bord Pleanala in July 2018.  DCC indicated that as it is the first time it has had to apply to An Bord Pleanala the timeline for a decision is unknown.  Mary will provide updates when they become available.
