Check your Passport

Before you go on your Summer holidays, please ensure your passport is valid and in date.

The quickest way to renew your passport is online. To apply using Passport Online you will need:

Turnaround time starts from the date supporting documents are received by the Passport Service.

First Time Applicants:

First time applications are the most complex as all documents need to be verified. You should not book any travel until you have received a passport as these applications cannot be expedited.

Urgent Renewal:

Applicants who need to renew their passports urgently can book an Urgent Appointment at the Passport Offices in Dublin or Cork. The Dublin office offers a one-day or four-day turnaround. Make an appointment HERE.#
