Affordable Homes

It is great to see Dublin City Council advertising affordable homes to purchase for the first time in a decade. First time buyers or those making a fresh start can buy these homes for at least 15% less than open market prices. There are 1,700 affordable purchase homes under development across Dublin City.

Applications for Affordable Housing at Oileáin na Crannóige, Balbutcher Lane, Ballymun, Dublin 11 are now open until Wednesday, 10th of July at 1PM. You can make an application HERE.
