2017 Week 4 Planning Applications

This week saw a number of planning applications concerning developments in the Inner City. Some noteworthy applications include:

  • Railtours Ireland have sought permission to develop their two storey property at 16 Amiens Street into a 4 storey over-basement building providing 11 hotel rooms.
  • The Rotunda Hospital has sought permission for the building of a four-storey extension housing clinical accommodation to the rear/east of side of the existing block on Parnell Street as well as a one storey colonoscopy clinic on the campus.
  • Molesworth Investment has sought permission to add a fifth storey to a previously approved four storey extension at 7 Gardiner Row.
  • Trenthall Ltd has applied to rebuild properties at 49-51 Amiens Street to make way for 8 apartments.

All plans can be inspected online here or in person, by appointment, to the Planning Department, Dublin City Council, Civic Offices, Wood Quay, Dublin 8 where a staff member will be available for assistance and explanation.
