This week there was one domestic and seven commercial applications for planning permission in Dublin Central of note is the following:
- Application for permission to construct a 5-storey over-basement development at 163-164a Capel Street consisting of restaurant and shop space at ground floor level and 7 two bedroom apartments with balconies on the upper floors as well as a roof garden. Access will be from Capel Street and from Little Strand Street. [Minor update to existing application].
