This week there were eleven commercial and one domestic planning applications in Dublin Central. Of note are the following.
- Permission is sought for the demolition of a single storey building at 482A North Circular Road and the construction of a three-storey development consisting of 2 x two-bedroom and 1 x three-bedroom apartments, with rear access from FitzGibbon Lane.
- Permission is sought for the demolition of all existing structures at Shelmailer Road/Church Road, with the construction of 23 apartments across two buildings ranging between 3 and 5 storeys.
- Permission is sought to develop a 6 storey over-basement amenity space at 5/5A East Road.
