2017 Week 10 Planning Applications

This week there were eleven commercial and one domestic planning applications in Dublin Central.  Of note are the following.

  • Permission is sought for the demolition of a single storey building at 482A North Circular Road and the construction of a three-storey development consisting of 2 x two-bedroom and 1 x three-bedroom apartments, with rear access from FitzGibbon Lane.
  • Permission is sought for the demolition of all existing structures at Shelmailer Road/Church Road, with the construction of 23 apartments across two buildings ranging between 3 and 5 storeys.
  • Permission is sought to develop a 6 storey over-basement amenity space at 5/5A East Road.

All plans can be inspected online here or in person by appointment to the Planning Department, Dublin City Council, Civic Offices, Wood Quay, Dublin 8 where a staff member will be available for assistance and explanation.
