Social Justice Public Meeting

Dublin Central is a socially and economically diverse constituency with significant challenges.  Equality and Social Justice are at the centre of Fianna Fáil’s republican values.

In 2016 Mary Fitzpatrick and Fianna Fáil Dublin Central campaigned for both a Social and Economic recovery, for a fairer Ireland for all.  Mary came very close to winning a seat in Dublin Central but she just narrowly missed out on transfers.  Mary and Fianna Fáil continue to work for a fairer recovery for all in Dublin Central.

Mary will host a public meeting with Fianna Fáil spokesperson on Social Welfare Willie O’Dea TD on Social Justice on Wednesday May 10th @8.30pm, in the Aughrim Street Parish Centrer, Prussia Street, Dublin 7.

Willie O’Dea is TD for Limerick since 1982 and currently Fianna Fáils frontbench spokesperson on Social Protection and Social Equality.   Willie O’Dea has fought for workers rights, to tackle gangland crime and improve quality of life in Limerick.  As Fianna Fáil spokesperson on Social Protection and Equality he has most recently brought forward progressive proposals for pensions, universal basic income and elder care.

Mary invites constituents to come along, raise their concerns or share their hopes and suggestions for a fairer recovery for all in Dublin Central.
