Clarington Properties Ltd have lodged a planning application with Dublin City Council for a purpose built Primary Health Care Center on the site of St Josephs Catholic Institute for Deaf People on the Navan Road, Dublin 7. The application is for a two to four storey Primary Care Center containing a health food shop, café, audiology shop, medicine dispensary, HSE accommodation, day care hospital and GP clinic. For almost 70 years Ireland has enjoyed strong diplomatic relations with Japan. Ireland opened it’s first embassy in Tokyo in 1974 In 2025 Ireland renewed and strengthened its presence in Japan
