Mary recently met with teachers and parents to lend her support for a permanent school building for Pelletstown Educate Together National School.
As a parent of three school children Mary understands the anxiety caused to parents and the pressure imposed on teachers when there are inadequate school facilities.
Mary is working to ensure the long-promised permanent school building for Pelletstown Educate Together will be built soon.
Mary called on the Government to provide adequate temporary classrooms in the interim period before a permanent school is built.
Mary also supports the campaign for a co-ed, multi-denominational secondary school in Dublin 7.
