The Central Bank of Ireland has submitted an application to Dublin City Council to develop the office building on the corner of North Wall Quay and New Wapping Street. The application seeks amendments to the previously granted permission and if approved will provide a new office building with parking and other ancillary services in an eight storey building measuring close to 40mtrs.
