Update

Following my complaint to Dublin City Council Planning Enforcement regarding unauthorised development at 86-88 Botanic Road, a Planning Enforcement Notice was served on the Simon Community in relation to this facility.

In response, Simon Community have apologised and advised that they will NOT relocate their Ushers Island facility to Botanic Road.

They state that they intend using the houses as long term residential homes. You can read their statement HERE.

They have indicated that they will meet with residents and address our concerns.

As soon as I have further information I will be in touch.
