UPDATE

Further to recent developments in respect of Dublin Simon’s plans for properties on Botanic Road, Mary met with Chairman Sam McGuinness, Pat Green Director of Operations and Catherine Kenny Property Manager of Dublin Simon at their Chester House facility on the North Circular Road.

Sam McGuinness apologised for the upset caused to the local community, outlined their plans to provide permanent long term homes at 86-88 Botanic Road and their desire to meet with local residents to discuss the new homes they intend to provide.

As well as being a charitable organisation Dublin Simon is also a registered Approved Housing Body and it is in this capacity that they intend providing permanent homes on Botanic Road.
