St Finbar’s Court, delay

At the January 2020 meeting of the Central Area Committee Mary was disappointed that DCC did not bring a Part 8 Planning Application for St Finbar’s Court, Dublin 7 to Councillors for approval.

Mary asked for an update and following the meeting DCC advised that Sean Harrington Architects have completed the revisions requested and submitted revised drawings.

The drawings will now go into what DCC describe internally as Pre-Part 8 circulation. This will take two weeks.

Following this, the application will go to the Area committee in early February. Following Area committee the application process takes a further 20 weeks after which it will finally go before full City Council for approval, most likely in July 2020.

Mary will continue to keep residents updated on progress.
