Stanley Street

Dublin City Council plans to develop 169 homes at the depot on Stanley Street. The homes will be a mix of one, two and three bedrooms with a cultural/community space which will include a community spaces, a creche and communal and public space. Mary had prevously called on Dublin City Council to accelerate the delivery of new homes on Stanley Street and is delighted to see the plans progressing.

It is proposed that there will be a total of 5 residental blocks with the public space located to the south west of the corner of both proposed apartment buildings. The plans seek to preserve the majoirty of existing trees to the north western boundary.

Dublin City Council intend to apply for Part 8 planning by Q3 2024 and begin construction in 2025. Mary will continue to provide updates on the proposed development.
