In winter and autumn falling leaves can be a major problem and can increase the risk of flooding in some parts of our constituency.  Dublin City Council is offering residents and businesses in Dublin 7 & 9 who wish to clear leaves, in between the scheduled cleaning service,  from paths and drains with bags, equipment, free collection and disposal.  To avail of this service please call 1800 248 348.
