Climate Case Ireland

Climate change is the greatest threat facing humanity.

Mary believes our Government and state must take stronger action to seriously tackle this real and increasing threat to all our future.

In January 2019, along with other concerned citizens, Mary attended the Four Courts to support the legal action taken by Friends of the Irish Environment over our Governments’ failure to adequately address climate change.

The legal case aimed to hold our Government to account for failing to address climate change and to provoke the state into taking positive action.
