Constituency Boundary Review

The Boundary Commission Report released yesterday carves-up Dublin Central and divides the constituency in three.
It recommends taking the two Navan Road electoral areas and putting them into a four seat Dublin West Constituency, putting two of the Glasnevin and Drumcondra Electoral areas into three seat Dublin North West and keeping Cabra and Phibsborough with the North inner city electoral areas in a new three seat Dublin Central Dail Constituency.
This means I am currently elected to represent three Dail constituencies at Dublin City Council.
I have worked hard on behalf of all three constituencies for many years and I am honoured to enjoy significant support of the people living in all three areas.
I want to thank everybody who has contacted me and offered me their support for the future.  I want to assure my constituents that I will continue to work hard and do my best for the people who elected me.
Over the next few weeks and in consultation with my supporters, members of Fianna Fail in all three constituencies and our party leadership we will identify how I can best serve our community.
Thanks again for all the kind thoughts, messages and texts – it is really, really encouraging.  Thanks, Mary
