Constitution Hill

It’s great that the Constitution Hill Flats regeneration is beginning to make some real progress. The Minister for Housing has approved funding for Dublin City Council to begin Phase 1 of the regeneration project. Dublin City Council are currently out to tender and hope to have a contractor appointed over the coming months. Work on the project will begin in early 2025.

When the contractor is appointed, the construction site will be completely separated from the housing site. The Contractor will access the site from the Broadstone entrance, while DCC will open the gates at Catherine’s Lane for resident only access.

There will be a robust and secure hoarding in place between the housing and construction sites, in
line with Health & Safety procedures. The contractor will have a community liaison officer as part of
their team who will deal with any issues or queries alongside DCC that may arise.
