The Department of Housing has approved funding for regeneration of Constitution Hill flats which will see:

✅New energy efficient own door homes

✅Two extra blocks

✅Childcare facility

✅Open green space & playground

  • Design Team to present proposals to residents early 2022
  • Dublin City Council to apply for planning permission Summer 2022
  • Commencement of works Summer 2023
  • In the short-term Department of Housing has given funding to Dublin City Council to refurbish the 25 boarded up flats and get back into use.
