Mary was delighted to meet Bohemians FC COO Daniel Lambert with Barry Andrews MEP to discuss the regeneration of Dalymount Park. Mary has been proud to support Bohs and their plans for Dalymount since the project first emerged.
The redevelopment plan will bring the capacity of the stadium to 8,000, rotate the pitch to a North/South axis and installation of a sand based grass pitch. There will also be a new community facility over two floors which includes a multi functional community room and community gym. The timeline for completion is the start of the 2027 stadium.
Dublin City Council must now submit an application for the Large Scale Sports Infrastructure Fund for Dalymount’s redevelopment.
