Work on the regeneration of Dominic Street and the provision of social housing must be a priority for whoever is next in government. The people in this area and the city as a whole needs this area to be redeveloped. Dublin City Council has submitted its planning application to An Bord Pleanala and public information sessions have been held locally. The next meeting will be held on Thursday, 10 February from 5-7pm (rather than from 4-8pm as previously stated) and held at Dominick Street Lower Community Centre (situated behind the flats on the west side of Dominick Street). This is an ideal opportunity to meet the Project Manager, Joe Farrell and members of the design team who will clarify any issues you might have.
