Dublin Town

Mary represented Fianna Fáil at the Dublin Town Local Election 2019 hustings held on May 17th in the Gresham Hotel, O’Connell Street.

Dublin Town members expressed strong dissatisfaction with Dublin City Council’s cleaning and management of public realm.

Employers highlighted spiraling business costs in Dublin City as a driver of small business failures and referred to the closure of Luna.

Dublin Town members called for rates freeze, a halt to planning permissions for conversion of retail to restaurant space, reduction in the permit fee for outdoor space, 24×7 bus service on key bus corridors and urgent action to deliver affordable homes.
