On Saturday 17th December there was a great response from local people in Cabra to our appeal for non-perishables for Br Kevin’s Homeless Day Center. There was a steady flow of people turning-up all afternoon to donate all sorts of non-perishable goods at Mary’s office. By the end of the day there were crate loads of nappies, baby wipes and lots of other goodies as well as more than €1600 collected through the sale of raffle tickets with great prizes donated by local businesses. Br Kevin was delighted with the donation of money and goods and sends his thanks and best wishes to all who gave so generously.
