Housing Progress

Under Housing for All a record 12,000 homes started construction in Q1 2024. The Vacant Property Refurbishment Grant is proving to be incredibly popular with 4,376 applications approved across the country.

To continue making affordable home ownership a reality for thousands, an additional €40m State Funding has been committed to the First Home Scheme.

Opposition politicians without any credible alternative housing plan must stop blocking our Housing For All plan which is working.
