Housing For All, the biggest housing plan in the history of the state, continues to make significant progress in the first six months of 2023. New figures from the CSO show that 7,353 homes were completed in Q2 2023 and a record of 14,017 homes were completed in first six months of 2023, an increase of 6% on same period in 2022.

In 2023, Housing For All will build on last years progress and deliver another 30,000 new homes, including 9,100 new build social homes and 5,500 affordable homes.
