Iona Road P&D

Residents on Iona Road have voted by a significant majority to introduce Pay & Display parking. The results of the survey will go to the July Area Committee Meeting and if agreed An Garda Siochana must be notified before the Manager’s Orders can be signed.

Residents will be given 3 to 4 weeks advance notice before the scheme goes live and it is expected it will be fully implemented in September 2012.

Following a request from the residents association I have requested DCC to install two disabled parking bays outside the church and to re-instate the rubbish bins at the Church on Iona Road.  Mary
