Construction of 34 new homes at James McSweeney House is set to begin at the end of the year. Demolition of the old complex is nearing completion. With funding from government through Housing For All, Cábhru will deliver these new senior citizen homes.

The homes will be A energy rated, built to the highest standard and will provide independent living for the elderly.
