O ‘Devaney Gardens SHD

A Planning Application for 1,047 A-rated private, social and affordable homes, creche, community facility, playground, cafe and retail lodged to An Bord Pleanala for O’Devaney.

The final day to make an observation on PL. 310327 (O’ Devaney SHD) is 29 June 2021.

A fee of €20.00 must accompany the observation.

The observation can be submitted online. We must have the online observation by 5.30pm on the last day for making observations – 29 June 2021.

Alternatively, the observation can be posted, couriered or hand delivered to the Board’s office. The fee of €20 must be included with the submission and can be in the form of cheque, postal order, bank draft. The fee can be paid by cash or card if hand delivering it to our office.
