Phibsborough Shopping Centre Planning Application

An application for planning permission to re-develop Phibsborough Shopping Centre has been made to Dublin City Council.   The application includes the old Des Kelly site, part of Dalymount and aims to deliver a significant increase in retail space as well as 340 new student accommodation places.

Full details of the planning application are available here or can be inspected at the Dublin City Council Planning Dept. Woodquay.  The planning reference is 2628/17.  The deadline to make an observation is May 8th 2017.

The proposers of the development are holding a drop-in information session on Monday, 10th April 2017 from 6pm-9pm (drop-in session) on the 3rd Floor, Phibsborough Shopping Centre.
