Clarington Properties Ltd have lodged a planning application with Dublin City Council for a purpose built Primary Health Care Center on the site of St Josephs Catholic Institute for Deaf People on the Navan Road, Dublin 7. The application is for a two to four storey Primary Care Center containing a health food shop, café, audiology shop, medicine dispensary, HSE accommodation, day care hospital and GP clinic.
