Construction at O’Devaney Gardens has finally commenced. Mary has long campaigned for the commencement of works at the site and she is thrilled to finally see it begin. The development will deliver a mix of over 1,000 social, affordable and private homes. 

The project will be one of the most sustainable developments in Europe and will provide residents with top quality facilities and social amenities along with a local apprenticeship and employment clause. The development is due to be completed in 2026.
