An application for planning permission for a major redevelopment of the Park Shopping Centre on Prussia Street has been submitted to Dublin City Council.  The proposal includes plans to demolish the existing Shopping Centre and to construct in its place a new shopping center plus a 6 storey complex of 105 residential units including 541 bedspaces.  Full details of the planning application are available here.  The last date for observations is 15 February 2017.
