On Friday, 8 March 2024, Irish citizens will be asked to vote in two referendums to change the text of Article 41 Constitution.
The first referendum addresses the Constitution’s definition of family. In the second referendum, a section of the Constitution that currently exists would be removed and replaced with new language that would recognise the care that family members give to one another.
