55 new homes are under construction in Dublin Central at three different sites on Wellington Street, Annesley Bridge and Belvedere Court. Residents have moved into Annesley Bridge and construction is nearing completion at Wellington Street and Belvedere Court. There are a further 2,500 social and affordable homes under development at more than 50 sites.
The new social homes are funded through Housing for All and will be delivered by Dublin City Council. The homes are a mix of one, two and three beds. This will provide much needed homes families and individuals in Dublin City.
