Income & Rent Support

Details of new schemes to financially assist people whose income is negatively impacted by COVID-19 have been announced.

Income support

This a COVID-19 Pandemic Payment for those employees who’s employers cannot pay anything AND is also open to Self Employed.

Rent support

Any Dublin City Council tenant who has lost income due to COVID-19 should contact DCC Rents Section at rents@dublincity.ie or 01 222 2211. 

Employer support

Although not formally announced by government, a refund scheme valued at €203 per employee, per week, for employers who are still in a position to pay their employee is expected. Mary will post details of this scheme when they become available.
