Noteworthy applications this week include the proposed development of student accommodation in the Inner City.
- Hattington Student Housing propose the building of 48 student housing units at 37, 39, 41, 43, 45, 47, 51 and 53 Montpelier Hill.
- Summer Road Developments Ltd. propose amending their previously approved application for the development of student accommodation at 123-128 Summerhill to increase floor space by 755 m2 to accommodate 33 extra student beds – increasing proposed bed space to 407.
