This week there were four commercial applications and three domestic applications in Dublin Central. Some noteworthy applications include the following:
- Tedcastles Oil Products proposes the building of a 432 m₂ building at Promenade Road, Dublin port, housing office and other facilities.
- The HSE proposes the demolition of a current 2 storey building and the construction of a new 2 storey building at 26-29 Stanhope Street which will house a 10-bedroom mental health hostel.
All plans can be inspected online here or in person by appointment to the Planning Department, Dublin City Council, Civic Offices, Wood Quay, Dublin 8 where a staff member will be available for assistance and explanation.
