Dublin City Council proposes to develop a dedicated 2.5 KM cycle route from Clontarf (Clontarf Road/Alfie Byrne Road) to Amiens Street/Talbot via Marino Mart, Fairview, Annesley Bridge Road and the North Strand Road.
