Grangegorman, the next phase

GGDAThe Grangegorman Development Agency is holding a Public Information session on Wednesday June 3rd from 3.30pm – 7.30pm in the Clock Tower Building on Grangegorman lower to inform people of the two new planning applications recently lodged with Dublin City Council for the Central and East Quads.  GDA staff and design consultants will be available at the public session to discuss any queries people may have in relation to this next phase of the Grangegorman development.  These two quads are being developed to accommodate 10,000 DIT students on the campus in 2017.  The Central quad will be home to College of Science and Health, Schools of Tourism, Culinary Arts and Hospitality and some of the College of Engineering and the Built Environment.  The School of Creative Arts, Media, Languages and the Conservatory of Music and Drama will all be located in the East Quad.  It is planned that the the development of the Quads will coincide with the opening of the new Luas at Broadstone.
