Cabra Hills NEW Planning Application

January 3, 2018

An application for a Strategic Housing Development was lodged on 19/12/2017 with An Bord Pleanala for the former CIE Lands and 2-4 Carnlough Road, Dublin 7. Permission is being sought for the construction of 420 residential units, a neighbourhood centre with supermarket, off licence, café, office, community centre, creche and parking spaces to be built in nine blocks ranging in height from single storey to eight storeys. The closing date for submissions to An Bord Pleanala is 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday 31^st January.
