Dublin City Council is developing plans to remove private car traffic from College Green and create a new civic plaza when the LUAS works are completed later this year. Consultants have been engaged to carry out a full Environmental Impact Statement and to lodge the development proposals and all related documents with An Bord Pleanala (expected to be in March 2017). A design team is about to be appointed to develop design proposals for the new Civic Plaza. Dublin City Council are asking the public to make suggestions and give their ideas on the proposed new Civic Plaza. If you have any ideas or suggestions you can make them here.
