Dublin City Council recently announced that both the Central Placement Service (CPS) and the Homeless Allocation Section of Dublin City Council, have been relocated from 160 Capel Street to Parkgate Hall, 6-9 Conygham Road, Dublin 9. The new office is open Monday to Friday 10am – 12noon / 2pm – 4pm.
