Moore Street Forum

Following appointment by Lord Mayor of Dublin City to Chair the Lord Mayor’s Forum on Moore Street, Mary chaired the first meeting of the Lord Mayors Forum. 

The meeting was attended by relatives of 1916, Moore Street Business owners, City Councillors and City Council Management.  

Matters discussed included the working of the Lord Mayors Forum, challenges to street trading on Moore Street, the National Monument and Battlefield site, letter from the Minister requesting the establishment of an Expert Group to define the future of street trading on Moore Street and the Hammersons Development. It was agreed to invite Hammersons to present their plans to the Lord Mayors Forum.  Click HERE to view the minutes.

Mary will chair the next meeting of the Lord Mayors Forum in Dublin’s City Hall on Monday November 4th at 2pm.  Hammersons have been invited.
