Phibsborough Shopping Centre SHD

A revised Strategic Housing Development application has been lodged for Phibsborough Shopping Centre.

The site is bounded by North Circular Road to the South, Connaught St to the North, Dalymount Park to the West and Phibsborough Road to the East.

The revised application seeks permission for 321 bed shared accommodation instead of 341 bed student accommodation and ancillary facilities.

The application was made to An Bord Pleanala on December 11th 2020, and the last day for observations is January 25th, 2021. Submissions can be made online: www.pleanala.ie
