For years Mary has campaigned for secure affordable housing in Dublin Central. On behalf of Fianna Fáil Mary successfully agreed ambitious objectives for affordable public housing with Green, Labour and Social Democrat City Councillors in the Dublin City Agreement 2019-2024.

The Journal.ie interviewed Mary and other City Councillors about how they intend to challenge and reverse the governments failure to deliver social and affordable homes in Dublin City.
