Mary has called on Dublin City Council to accelerate the delivery of 163 new homes at St Mary’s Place on Dorset Street.

St Mary’s Place was selected for regeneration in 2012. The project aims to transform the current residential area by building163 modern homes with one, two and three bedroom units, duplexes, and apartments. The regeneration will also support existing community amenities and establish new outdoor areas.
